Duck is a study application with flashcards and artificial intelligence features, including answer evaluation, card generation, audio transcription, and deepening suggestions. Some features may vary based on plan, technical availability, and usage limits.

Access is performed through authentication with external providers, such as Google. You are responsible for keeping your account information correct and for using the service lawfully, without sharing access improperly with third parties.

5. User content

Decks, cards, text answers, audio answers, and other materials you insert remain your responsibility. You declare having the necessary rights over the content you submit and grant the technical authorizations necessary for processing, storage, and display within the platform.

6. AI and accuracy limits

AI-generated evaluations and suggestions are assistive and may contain inaccuracies. Duck does not guarantee absolute accuracy, specific academic results, or suitability for critical decisions without human validation.

7. Plans, credits, and payments

Duck may offer free and paid plans with credits and usage limits per period. Prices, billing cycles, and commercial rules may be updated through platform communication. Payments are processed by payment partners, such as Stripe.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation of these terms, abusive use, security risk, legal requirement, or non-payment of paid plans. You may also stop using the platform at any time.

9. Intellectual property

Brand, visual identity, software, texts, components, and other Duck elements are protected by intellectual property rights. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit these elements without prior authorization.

10. Unavailability and limitation of liability

The service is offered as available. To the extent permitted by law, Duck is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of opportunity, or temporary unavailability caused by factors beyond reasonable control.
